Cancellation Policy

We understand that things don’t always go to plan however, if for any reason, you can’t make your appointment, it’s important you let us know, as late cancellations and no shows are a loss of business for us.

Please be aware of the following:

1) If you cancel your appointment more than 24hrs prior to your appointment time, no fee will be charged;

2) If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs prior to your appointment, or do not show for your appointment, 50% of your appointment fee will be charged in order to recover costs incurred in maintaining availability of employees and resources;

3) A confirmation message will be sent 48hrs prior to your appointment and require that you confirm within 24hrs of receiving the message, otherwise your appointment time may be offered to another client.

In order to facilitate the above, as well as our eventual transition to a contactless pay system, credit card details are required at the time of booking, which can be entered through our secure payment system, STRIPE. We’re pleased to offer a complimentary consultation and quoting service.

Prices on our website are a guide only, and may vary, as extra charges may occur for longer or thicker hair, and time taken to provide the best service to you. We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time. We’re here to ensure you have the best experience possible and look forward to welcoming you in salon soon!
