Salon Booking & Cancellation Policies

Please see below for all the information you need to know regarding our Salon Booking and Cancellations. 

Please be aware of the following:

  1. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, no fee will be charged;
  2. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to your appointment, or do not show for your appointment, 50% of your appointment fee will be charged in order to recover costs incurred in maintaining availability of employees and resources;
  3. A confirmation email message will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment and and text confirmation message will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. We require that you confirm within 24 hours prior to your appointment otherwise your appointment time may be offered to another client.

Prices on our website are a guide only, and may vary, as extra charges may occur for longer or thicker hair, and time taken to provide the best service to you.

Hair Length Guide

When making a reservation, it's important to consider our length guide.

SHORT hair goes to the ears.

MEDIUM hair goes to the shoulders.

LONG hair reaches the shoulders and extends to the bra strap.

EXTRA LONG hair goes beyond the bra strap. 

Keep in mind that the price may differ based on the length and thickness of your hair. If you're uncertain about the length you've chosen, don't stress!

Booking Policy

Appointment Booking:

  • All appointments must be booked through the salon's official online booking platform or via phone.
  • Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Confirmation:

  • Clients will receive an automated confirmation email and/or text message upon successful booking.
  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their contact information.
  • You will receive an email 72 hours before your booking to confirm and a text message 48 hours to confirm your booking. If you fail to confirm your booking it may be subject to cancellation or your booking time may be given to another client. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation/no show fee.

Rescheduling:

  • Clients can reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the original appointment time.
  • Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to approval based on availability.

Arrival Time:

  • Clients are requested to arrive on time for their appointments.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid inconvenience for other clients.

Waiting Area:

  • Clients are encouraged to wait in the designated waiting area until their appointment time.
  • As a small salon we do not encourage friends and family accompanying clients.

Service Guarantee:

  • The salon guarantees the quality of its services.
  • Clients dissatisfied with a service should report it before leaving the salon, and the issue will be addressed accordingly.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of salon management and are subject to the circumstances surrounding the request.

Hygiene and Safety:

  • Clients are required to adhere to the salon's hygiene and safety guidelines.
  • Any client showing symptoms of illness may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Special Requests:

  • Clients with special requests or specific needs are encouraged to communicate them during the booking process or in advance.

Children's Policy:

  • Due to the nature of salon services are not allowed in service areas.

Group Bookings:

  • Group bookings may require a deposit or prepayment and are subject to specific terms outlined during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation:

  • Clients must notify the salon of any cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show."
  • No-shows will be charged a fee equivalent to a percentage of the scheduled service cost.

Cancellation Fee:

  • The cancellation fee is 50% of the total service cost.
  • The fee is designed to compensate for the time reserved for the client and the potential loss of business due to the unavailability of the time slot.

Payment of Cancellation Fee:

  • The cancellation fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
  • Payment can be made in-person at the salon or via phone. 

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • The salon understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
  • In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact the salon as soon as possible.

Rescheduling:

  • Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments, when necessary, well in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • The salon will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Multiple Cancellations:

  • Clients with a history of multiple cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.

How to Cancel:

  • Clients can cancel appointments by calling the salon or using the online booking system.

Confirmation of Cancellation:

  • Clients will receive a confirmation of their cancellation, and the cancellation fee (if applicable) will be communicated.
