A discount doesn't tell you how good we are. A full service does. So instead of shouting about cheap deals, we're inviting you in — properly, once — and letting the result speak.

Please text or send us a photo of your hair as it is now, plus any inspo pictures, before your appointment — screenshots, saved posts, a photo of your hair on a good day. The more you show us, the better we can help you.
Before & after photos — every visit
We take a before photo in the salon at the start of your appointment, and an after photo at the end. They're part of the service — every appointment, no exceptions. They let us track your hair over time, show you the difference, and share the work we're proud of.
We send your photos to you — and you're always in control
After your appointment we send your before & after photos to you. If you'd prefer your face not to be shown when we share our work, just let us know — we'll keep your photos private and only share the hair.

It takes real time
A proper consultation, a Shampoo Lounge wash, a precision cut and a finished blow dry takes time. We book that time — which is why the offer is for new clients, one visit each.
The real goal is your return
If you love your hair, you'll come back — and you'll tell a friend. That's the whole point. We're not looking for one cheap visit; we're looking for a client for years.
Questions, answered.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. It comes off the price of your service on the day, so you're only ever paying the balance. Your appointment isn't confirmed until the deposit is paid.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
We understand things happen. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new time. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, a cancellation fee applies and your deposit is forfeited — it covers the stylist's time we've already held for you.
What does the price include?
Your consultation, the Shampoo Lounge experience, a style cut and a blow dry finish — the full service, start to finish.
What about long or thick hair?
The price you see already includes it. Short hair is $49 weekday / $59 Saturday. Long hair (below the ears) is $64 / $74 — that includes the $15 charge for the extra time. Thick or extra-long hair (below the bra strap) is $79 / $89 — that includes the $30 charge. Same on weekdays and Saturdays.
Is the offer really for new clients only?
Yes — it's our welcome to first-time clients, one per person. If you've been to us before, you're already family, and we'd love to look after you at our standard rates.
Can I combine it with a voucher or another offer?
No — the New Client offer can't be combined with any other promotion, voucher or discount.
I'm nervous about my hair being photographed
Just let us know and we'll keep your before and after photos for your file only. Nothing gets shared without your say-so.
