Australian Shipping
Free Standard Shipping available for orders over $80.00 AUD. Products will be sent by Australia Post, securely and safely. All orders will generally be dispatched within 2 business days. We will send you the tracking number and parcel contents. Please make yourself available to receive parcel or to collect it in a timely manner. If the item is returned to us because of the fault of recipient, then reshipping the parcel will be charged accordingly back to the recipient.
Express Shipping is available for $12.00. Please note that Express Shipping does not mean your order will be fulfilled quicker. We fulfil our orders by order number. Express Shipping means that Australia Post will process your package quicker.
International Shipping
Postage costs to international are determined by the zone it is being sent to and the weight of the fully wrapped parcel. These will be shown during the checkout process.
International Buyers - Please Note
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If these costs apply they are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior finalising your purchase.
International items will be sent via Australia Post International. Please allow up to 7-15 days though depending on the country.
